Women police officer may face departmental punishment for involving illegal activities in her house. This is happened in Podikundu of Kannur district, near Kannur town.
Local youths surrounded women Circle Inspector's house alleging that strangers are coming in night time regularly. Villagers surrounded the house till the police officer came and arrested that man who was in her house at that time. He is also a police officer but he is junior officer. Both police officers are from Trissur police academy.
